User Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion

Email privacidade@reveria.ai with the subject line Data deletion request. Include:

• Your full name
• The WhatsApp / mobile number used in the conversation (with country code)
• Your email address, if you have one on file
• The name of the company that contacted you, if you know it

Business customers (companies using reveria.ai) may request deletion of their account and associated Platform Data through the same address, from an authorized company email.

2. What we delete

Upon a verified request, we delete or anonymize personal data we hold that was obtained from Meta (WhatsApp Business API) or otherwise related to you, including message history, phone number, and related identifiers — unless a legal obligation requires us to retain a limited record.

reveria.ai is a technology provider. Messages are sent on WhatsApp Business Accounts owned by our business customers. Where we process data on a customer’s behalf, we will also instruct that customer to handle the request as required by law.

3. Timeline

We confirm receipt and complete deletion or anonymization within 15 business days, or explain if a legal exception applies. You will receive a confirmation email.

4. This is not a Facebook Login callback

This app does not use Facebook Login. This page is the User Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta App Review. There is no signed-request callback because we do not receive Facebook user IDs from Login.
